A Tribute To Cardinal Dolan

Timothy Cardinal Dolan will officially retire as the bishop of the Archdiocese of New York. He'll be succeeded by Bishop Ronald Hicks, becoming the 11th bishop of the diocese. New Yorkers and Catholics nationwide are thanking God for Cardinal Dolan's ministry.
