On Monday June 5th, an emotionally disturbed individual desecrated the Holy Eucharist at St. Joseph’s Church. Law enforcement was called and the individual was arrested. We are cooperating with the local authorities surrounding this matter. On Friday June 9th, 2023 at 12pm, Bishop Brennan will be offering mass and prayers in reparations to the following events. This weekend at all the Masses we gave out 1000 blessed Saint Joseph Breads. We thank GianPiero Bakery for their generous donation of the bread. Join us tomorrow at 12 Noon for a Solemn Mass of Saint Joseph followed by Saint Joseph pastries for all.

On this first Sunday of Lent Jesus is tempted to abandon his mission. We too are sometimes tempted to not do the will of our father who created us. Jesus teaches us to draw closer to God during these dry periods in our lives.

Jesus came not to abolish the ancient jewish laws but to fulfill them. He tells us all to love one another, because love is the pinnacle of all laws.
Jesus calls us to be salt and light. As salt gives flavor to food we also give hope to a sometimes hopeless world. As light we bring love into the dark places of peoples hearts.
