St. Joseph's Parish, located at 32 Jewett Street, Ansonia, Connecticut, is a vibrant Catholic community dedicated to the foster-father of Jesus. Founded in 1925 by Polish immigrants and formally dedicated on September 6, 1926, the parish honors the virtues of humility, obedience, and steadfast protection exhibited by St. Joseph. As part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Hartford, St. Joseph's Parish is administered by the Vincentian Fathers, with Rev. Tadeusz Maciejewski, C.M. serving as pastor. The parish offers a range of spiritual and social services, including daily and weekend Masses, sacramental preparation, religious education, and outreach programs.
