Lenten Regulations

The Holy Season of Lent started on Ash Wednesday, February 18th. Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are days of abstinence from meat for those over 14 years old. They are also fasting days for adults aged 18 to 59. All Fridays of Lent are days of abstinence from meat for those 14 years and older.
