Regulations on Fasting and Abstinence

During Ash Wednesday and Good Friday, fasting is to be observed by Catholics aged 18 to 59. Abstinence from meat is required on Ash Wednesday, all Fridays of Lent, and Good Friday for those aged 14 and older. These practices help us prepare for the season of Lent.
