Lenten Observances Reminder

As Lent approaches, remember that Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are days of fasting and abstinence. Fridays during Lent are days of abstinence. Catholics aged 14 and older are required to abstain from meat on all Fridays during Lent. On Ash Wednesday and Good Friday, Catholics aged 18-59 are obliged to fast.
