Today we commemorate the day when Jesus Christ was made manifest to the wider world. The magi paid homage, offering gifts. In many cultures, today is a day of gathering with loved ones and exchanging gifts.

On the Sunday after Christmas, we honor the Holy Family as a model for our families. Just like Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, let us trust in God through hardships and uncertainties in our lives.
