Learn about the Advent Wreath at Holy Name of Jesus. The wreath symbolizes the metaphor of Christ as the 'great light' shining on people waiting in darkness. It consists of a circle of evergreen and four candles, each representing a week of Advent.
The Children's Choir at Our Lady of Peace will sing during the 10:30 am Mass on Sunday, December 7th and perform several songs for the Christmas Eve service. Children aged 7-13 are welcome to join the choir rehearsals on Tuesdays at the church.
