Several of our area parishes ( I know of at least OLMC and Seton) will be having Christ Renews His Parish retreats soon. I write so many stories about people whose lives have been positively impacted by this retreat! I encourage you, if you have not already attended a Christ Renewals His Parish weekend, to consider registering for these upcoming events. If your parish does not have Christ Renews His Parish, I hope you’ll consider talking with your director of evangelization to encourage them and help them to bring it to your parish!
Monday, February 16 at 7:00pm, Our Lady of Mount Carmel will host an evening of entertainment and fellowship with musician, author and mother of four, Amanda Vernon, and author and Holy Cross priest, Fr. Matt Fase. They'll present an engaging story that demonstrates how leaning into trust in God's plan can truly lead us to our happily ever after story.

Wednesday, February 11th, 7:00-8:30pm, Our Lady of Mt Carmel will host a seminar to save lives through suicide prevention. Register at https://afspindianatslfeb11.attendease.com/

A special talk on the Rosary tomorrow night at OLMC!

As we advance through these final days before Christmas, I pray that your shopping and wrapping are complete, and that you’re able to enter into joy-filled and restful times with family and friends. May your Christmas be abundantly blessed, filled with love and laughter, good food, and—most importantly—the light of the Christ child, God with Us. Shown here, Mary, Joseph, sheep and shepherds await the arrival of the infant Jesus in the St. Joan of Arc (Indy) nativity scene.

Celebrate the joy of Christmas with CAROLS, an album featuring beautiful music from incredible Catholic artists. These timeless carols remind us to slow down, gather together, and rejoice in the light that shines in the darkness. Whether played in moments of prayer, with family, or as the soundtrack to your Advent and Christmas days, this album helps center the season on what truly matters: https://web.tabella.app/podcast/bb1e3483-1087-4dea-a3fa-d3573a0ad255
