Join Catholics around the country this week in praying for Christian unity and the protection of unborn children. The annual Week of Prayer for Christian Unity observes a worldwide movement towards the fulfillment of Jesus' prayer for unity. Additionally, Catholics in the United States will observe a day of prayer on January 22 to pray for the end of abortion and respect for all human life.
From January 22 to 23, Catholics across the country will participate in a nationwide prayer vigil to pray for an end to abortion and greater respect for human life. The Opening Mass will take place at the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception on January 22 at 5:00 PM, followed by a National Holy Hour for Life. Participants are encouraged to join in prayer for the protection of unborn children and those impacted by abortion.
Join Holy Family Church this Thursday at 7:00 PM for a Holy Hour for Life, as we unite in prayer with others across the nation. Whether or not you can attend the national events, please pray for the protection of unborn children and those affected by abortion, seeking compassion and healing for all.
